This cereal was created in my quest to find more breakfast solutions for myself.  Hopefully, this helps many of you out there with similar issues 😄💪✌️🌿

Changing your lifestyle for pure health purposes is NOT an easy journey.  It will NOT happen over night. Making permanent dietary changes can take YEARS to solidify if your life. It damn-well took me years!

CEREAL RECIPE:

– Stoked Oats: 2 cups

– Quinoa: 1/3 cup

– Ground flax 1/3 cup

– Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste

– Vanilla extract to taste

-Water (3 – 4 cups)

– Dried fruit (put what you like)

– Almond milk and agave nectar (add after cooking)

METHOD:

In a pot, combine oats, quinoa (either pre-soaked or pre-boil it so that it is a softer texture. Quinoa needs more cooking time than oats), Cinnamon, nutmeg, flax, dried fruit, vanilla extract, and water. Cook over low heat for 10 mins or until cooked. Add almond milk and agave nectar.

The End.
