Here she is folks! This yummy vegan smoothie! πŸ‘ŒπŸŒπŸ“πŸ’ͺ🏽 Tastes great! Feels great in the body too!

S.M.O.O.T.H.I.E! πŸ“πŸŒπŸ₯›πŸ’ͺ🏽 Simple recipe. Easy like Sunday morning πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜‰ Β **This smoothie is dairy-free, gluten-free​, and soy-free**.

I.N.G.R.E.D.I.E.N.T.S:

πŸ”Ή1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)

πŸ”Ή1/2 of a banana

πŸ”Ή1 cup Frozen mixed berries

πŸ”Ή23g of vegan protein (Brand: Garden Life: Raw Protein – Beyond Organic Formula) πŸ‘Œ

M.E.T.H.O.D:

Put all ingredients in blender, or a Vita Mix. Blend to your satisfaction. Enjoy! 🀣 🌿

It was my first time using the vegan protein I used in this smoothie today. Β I must say, I’m impressed with it’s great taste! Β I have been hunting for a vegan protein that actually tastes great, and this is definitely one to check out and try. Β In the past, I have had difficulty drinking smoothies with vegan protein because I found that it tastes bad (As in, it tastes heavy, grainy and ruins the taste of my smoothie) ☹️.

So, to find a vegan protein that is a pleasant addition to the taste of my smoothie is like striking gold πŸ’ͺ🏽 🌿 πŸ˜¬πŸ‘Œ.
